At Lumiere Du Coeur Habilitation Center, we believe that quality mental health care starts with the right people. Our team is made up of licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, and support staff who are not only highly trained but also deeply compassionate.

Meet Our Team

Alabama Funding & Eligibility

We support services funded through Alabama Medicaid HCBS waivers—the Intellectual Disabilities (ID) Waiver, Living at Home (LAH) Waiver, and the Community Waiver Program (CWP). Eligibility and enrollment are determined by the Alabama Department of Mental Health (ADMH) and Alabama Medicaid; availability and waiting lists may apply. CWP is currently active in select counties; if your county isn’t listed or CWP slots are full, ID or LAH may be options. We’ll help you navigate the steps.

Current CWP counties: Baldwin, Elmore, Houston, Jefferson, Limestone, Madison, Mobile, Montgomery, Morgan, Tuscaloosa, and Walker.
